SOMANETICS MOVES INTO NEW WORLD HEADQUARTERS
  KIRCO is pleased to announce the completion of a new world headquarters for Somanetics Corporation in Troy, Michigan.

Landry + Newman Architects provided the design services for Somanetics' Headquarters

Somanetics selected KIRCO to develop, manage, design, and build their new 48,000 sf world headquarters in one of KIRCO's existing buildings in Troy, Michigan.

KIRCO’s design/construction team, KIRCO MANIX, identified Somanetics’ needs and qualified and quantified essential building elements to quickly transform an existing building into a state-of-the-art facility with an open floor plan maximizing the use of natural light.

The construction project resulted in a building that reflects, supports and captures Somanetics' long-term vision and business plan.



Somanetics is the pioneer and leader of cerebral and somatic (of the body) oximetry.

The new headquarters for Somanetics Corporation was transformed into a state-of-the-art facility within 60 days.
