We have a history of property management engagements throughout the country, most prominently in Rhode Island, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Michigan. Today KIRCO manages a national portfolio of office, medical, retail, and industrial properties. Of that, approximately 50% of the managed portfolio is performed under a third-party management arrangement, including partnerships with institutional owners.
